Five requests for an address change!!!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Furminator De-Shedding tool. I did so via the BB app, and then had to change my delivery address as the one you had was incorrect. My first request to do this was on 30 January, and to date I have spoke to ALL the above mentioned persons either on the phone or via email, or both. The address is STILL incorrect, a non existent address! Clearly the data capturing of your staff is not up to scratch as they came up with some address that is a combination of my work and home addresses. I have typed it out on emails and spelt it out over the phone, what more can I do? Lunga even replied confirming the correct address, but still it is not updated correctly. Chantal emailed ME to ask for the address, and I replied, but yet again it is not done. Yesterday I communicated with Tammy via email, and asked AGAIN that she change it and have a manager contact me so that I can lay a complaint but NO ONE has contacted me. I have all the emails proving all the communication I am referring to. How am I suppose to receive my product if you don't have my address???
