Mweb
Horrbile ping sort it out

Hi I had my Mweb account in Durban, I moved it to Johannesburg. In Durban my Ping was 5, 10, 20 or 30ms my ping never went over 60 or 100ms. Since I brought it to Johannesburg my Ping doesn't go below 100ms and goes higher than 1150 (My highest ping in Johannesburg was 4156) which is very unacceptable.

I have phoned Mweb and Telkom which did not help. I play online allot and have a team that needs me!!! If this problem doesn't get solved by 1 September 2013 I am leaving, I have been with Mweb for almost 10 years now. My whole families ISP is Mweb I recommended it, If I ask them to change ISPs they will.

Sorry that I am being a bit rude but the problem has been happing for three months now and I am sick of it
