High Ping - Telkom

Always getting high ping after 5pm and also during the weekends. I've complained about this numerous times and Telkom just try to convince me that there's nothing wrong with my connection. I see a lot of complaints about how ping so if anyone has some advice on how to get Telkom to actually help a paying customer with major issues, that would be great.

I have a 1mb uncapped account at mweb and I ping 8-10ms during the day and it goes up to 500 after 5pm. I mainly use my connection for gaming and well, it's pretty much impossible with such high ping.

It's total bs that I'm paying for a service that I can't even use.
