I have been with MWEB for a few years now and i upgraded my account to a 1Mbs account, my line is still through Telkom though.
Between the hours of 00:00 and 14:59 my connection speed is 1Mbs but as soon as the time is 15:00 my speed drops dramatically until 00:00, Weekends aren't any better at the moment I can play online because i have a ping of 3000ms to a EUW server and 600ms to a local DBN server.
Im am really frustrated, I have called your call center and done all the ping tests an download speed test that they require to diagnose the problem but no one can give me a solution.
I am tired of being told that it's a line problem when I've just had the line checked by Telkom.
Please respond with a solution.
