Low latencies and slow internet

Since last year when our account was upgraded to a 6mb from 4mb, we have been getting horrible speeds and latencies in games mostly in the evenings starting at 5-6pm staying at 300-400 local ping throughout the night and in the afternoon constantly spiking to that amount. We have contacted mweb (I can't even count anymore) alot and they just keep calling back and saying do this test or that and it doesn't work, and after that just absolutely nothing. If I don't contact them again they will never contact me or check my account. They also told me to email them ping tests in the evening during a week and they would contact Telkom, I did so, then they told me they will call me, that was a week ago and still nothing, I have been having this problem for quite a while and it's not gonna sort itself out, and neither is mweb gonna help it seems. Next month is the DGL BF3 gaming tournament and I will have to drop my team if my local ping isn't below 100ms throughout the evenings.
