MWEB still hasnt fixed my latency issues??

Hi

I have a 1 Mb/sec ADSL line and have latency issues on and off constantly. This has been happening since I started the account. The account works fine for two days and I get 20 to 50 ping. Then for two days I will get a ping of anything from 175 to 500.

I have phoned MWEB numerous times but to no avail. Using 08 77 000 777
Telkom has checked the line, saying there is nothing wrong with it.

However the issue still persists. I cant say if the problem is fixed, when they call me 5 days later and I'm not at home using the ADSL?? I'm at work?? The problem is also erratic, I can't say it is fix even if I have had good ping for 4 days.

My issue is this I pay my monthly account and expect to get what I pay for.
1 Mbps Premium Uncapped ADSL, Uncapped ADSL connection, Gaming is prioritized on the MWEB network and MWEB handles the ADSL line rental.

1. My ping is not below 100 I'm not getting what I pay for. Gaming prioritized.
2. Telkom comes out, checks my line and says all is good, and MWEB doesn't know this.
3. If I have to tell MWEB when my ADSL speed is fixed, I'm not managing the ADSL line
