BOUGHT A TV TWO MONTHS AGO BUT NOT YET DELIVERED

I bought a TV from MTN in observatory, Capetown and i was told that it takes a maximum of 14 days to deliver it but it was just a lie. its been almost two months now and i have paid for the two months because if i don't pay they will cut my other line. the people from MTN keep referring me to a company called bright point as if i bought my Tv from bright point. i have wasted enough fuel driving up and down to the shop and i have lost a lot of airtime. all i am asking for is to be facilitated with what i am paying for.
