Bad/ no service at vodacom

I went to the vodacom shop at the glen shopping centre to buy a flip cover for my daughters q5 phone. After standing and waiting for service I went to one of the assistants and asked for somebody to help me to pay for the flip cover. This guy told me that there was somebody in the office that will help me. After waiting for a while I went into the office and asked for help. There were two guys in the office and the white guy very reluctantly came to help me. His attitude was very bad the whole 30 seconds it took him to assist me. I also want to mention that while I was waiting to be served another potential customer left the shop without being served. If this is the way that vodacom served its customers then I am very surprised that they are still in business.
