Incorrect Monthly Statement

Hi, so here goes my grievence. I had registered my details online hoping that at the end of the month, I can extract an itemised billing without going to a Vodacom shop. When I get the statement for the month in my email, I cannot see all the calls I made using my phone for the month. I am disappointed as Vodacom is diligent in taking money from me as it cost me to download the itemised bill and when I get it, it is incompete/ incorrect. When I call the customer care, they say I need to go to a Vodacom shop to sort this out and they dont have enough information to assist me. Now I need to find time in my diary to go out to a Vodacom shop and get this sorted out. Not only it cost me money, but it also takes my percious time. I am thoroughly disappointed at the service rendered by Vodacom as they charge a killing from their customers for the services and when it comes to supporting the clients, it is not up to the mark. I really hope they improve, else I am planning to move away, thanks to the new number portability option that is available. Thanks!!!
