PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED ITEMISED BILLING

I have been paying for Itemised billing from Vodacom for about 7 years but have NEVER received an Itemised bill. I have now contacted customer care about 5 times to complain and EVERY time I contact then we go through the same process and they confrim I will start getting itemised billing. This has still not happened and yet Vodacom are quite happy to keep deducting money from my account for this service. I worked out they now owe me approx. R2000 for this service which they have NEVER delivered on. No wonder they are doing so well.
