I feel cheated

I claim for my phone and i was not told of the excess, some1 called and told me was not told and they are going to credit me.i call in 3 weeks later coz they have been say the will come back to me but they did not.i get a agent called Jackie and she tells me that i was told about the excess and i have to pay r800.what the is this, 1 person say and the other say this. im really angry how i was treated .i want this issue to be address and to end .mxm!!!
