7 DAYS TO FIX ADSL ISSUE

I have been on Facebook chat with Telkom, my wife on twitter, I have phoned every day only to be met with the same old story..."there is a fault at the exchange and the technicians are working on it" REALLY!!! going into 7 days now. Your call centre staff say they will mark it as urgent, but clearly your urgent and my urgent are two very different "urgents". You provide a service to people. I pay to be connected 24/7 as this is my business.

Don't tell me you are seeing it as urgent, otherwise you would have people working day and night trying to sort the problem out. but it feels to me you just don't care. the technicians knock off at 4 and couldn't give a about fixing the problem. Can someone, higher up in your ranks, and preferably someone whom actually gives a hoot please check in on this and give me proper feedback on what the is going on...
