Hello again Telkom - for the 7th time

Since 7 October, when I ordered my ADSL line, I have had various reasons why Telkom still didn't install the line.

After complaining on Hellopeter.com, I was told it would be done in January 2014.

Also, the reason for not installing it in the last three months was "lack of infrastructure". I have sent a photo of the massive Telkom box in front of my home, which proves that there is infrastructure.

Before Christmas we had a complex meeting for all the tenants. It was really amusing to hear the excuses that Telkom gave to people who complained about the same problem as what I have had. The excuse of lines was the funniest, if there was no infrastructure, how could there have been lines?

Telkom is a joke.
