Account Messed up with Move

I recently moved from residence and asked Cybersmart (CS) to move my service (4mb ADLS line rental 30GB 30GB data bundle) to the new address (phone line).
Firstly I am not a strange to this process since I have been with CS for a while now and have gone through this process once before.
I phoned up the call centre and gave them a heads-up about the move they advised me as follows:
o Keep my old Telkom line active till the new one is installed
o Advise CS the new line no. Once active and request a service transfer
o Once transfer is complete I can deactivate the old line
o Enjoy the same service on new line...
CS have messed it all up and doesn't what to take responsibility!!!
o CS has migrated the ASDL line rental from themselves to Telkom without my consent () - on the old line - I now have to pay Telkom for the ADSL line rental I never agreed for this!!!
o My CS billing is messed up!!!
o The new ADSL line is with Telkom as well!!!
o The new ADSL line is incorrect 2mb up 512kb down
o My data package was loaded incorrect only 30GB
o Cybersmart sent me snotty emails when I request them to please correct my account

Very irritated unhappy customer!
