On Tuesday the 17th I logged a call saying that we are not receiving any calls to our business line, on numerous occasions I have been speaking to call centre staff trying to get someone out to come sort this out, they keep telling me they have marked it as urgent and it can take up to 3 days. I have escalated the fault... still waiting for someone to phone me!

I now get an answer [afternoon of the 19th] that they have resolved the problem, but it IS STILL not working... I still haven't seen anyone from Telkom! And the callcentre person is now telling me I have to wait another 4 days!!! 7 days to sort out a business line in December = peak retail season???

C'mon guys, you just don't care, do you??
