I would like to thank you for the excellent service you gave me when I had a problem with my new contact and queries made after. Your prompt response and your willingness to assist at the time was amazing.

Before I had spoken to you I had already given up hope that I will ever be assisted as I was very frustrated as we were referred from one person to another and neither of them bothered to call me back and explain the whole situation to us, instead we were referred from pillar to post as no one was willing to help us, eventually you stepped in and immediately you handled the situation calmly and very prompt and the feedback that you gave us on a daily basis until the end was just excellent YOU REALLY DESERVE A REWARD!!
