Telkom line faulty - very URGENT!!!

After several (months and months) complaints about three of our lines, Telkom finally sorted out the problem in the last week of May 2013. But the head line, (012) 809 9800 was still faulty and they knew about it and said they will come and fix it. And after that day I did phone Telkom almost every day about this one line, that is still faulty. Every time they tell me that the problem is assigned to a technician. But no one phones me or get back to me on this, so I have to phone every day to follow up. Every time it's the same story, but the problem with the faulty line still remains. We are loosing clients because of this. What should I tell our clients? They want to know when the line will be in working condition, but I can't give them an answer, because Telkom don't respond, they don't answer me. Phoning Telkom every day, doesn't get me anywhere and it seems like it's not helping to complain on Hello Peter as well. This is a Huge problem and very urgent!!!
