I logged a call with Telkom with the ref: 9AWI19042013 on the 19/04/2013. A lady called me toward the end of business that day to ask if our lines are still faulty. I said Yes a technician must please still come. No one came I logged a fault again on the 22/04/2013 198CWZ220413 because our lines is so bad and by the end of that business day no technician came yet I called them at about 12H00 the following day. The problem with our phone is that you cannot have a decent conversation, you sound robotic and it is impossible to do business. The lady told me she is gonna mark our fault as urgent. What i would like to know what is the turn around time for Telkom to fit us as the people who pay them very diligently every month about R 8000.00 a month and they cannot find the time in their busy schedule to sort us out. It is unacceptable. Today is the 25/04/2013 we still have seen no technician. I feel it takes NASA less time to send someone to the moon than for Telkom to send a technician up the Rd. I think a simple I am sorry is not gonna cut it for me. If the problem was in the region they could have inform us. I think Telkom should wake up or get out as this is unacceptable!!!
