Fault still on going

This is my Complaint..

My ADSL line has hade a open fault for more than 10 days now!

1. Phoned Telkom Many times (response we will addend to it as urgent as possible)
2. Complained on Hello Pieter (this is my second)
3. Got phone calls the next day to say the problem whould be sorted out ASAP
4. Techy came to house on Saturday 9/3/2013 told him the fault... he told me he would give me feedback in the hour. Im still waiting!!!
5. got SMS on Monday 11/3/2013 to say the problem has been sorted out< went home and went online but problem still the same!
6. Phoned Telkom back but nothing since and no refrence numbers for new fault... SO what do i do? Im contracted to Telkom and basically they said i must wait im in the Kew again!!!
7. Telkom if you reading this PLEASE FIX MY LINE!!! I am so tired of fighting with you guys... for a service you should give!!!
