Vodacom
Vodacom is billing me for data bundle I never used

Vodacom says I owe them more than R2000 for usage of data bundles, which they say it had cost about R700 a day. They say I downloaded videos or songs which I never did. My browser is empty, Vodacom cannot supply me with a statement indicating which websites I visited and at what time but they want me to pay. I never use internet on this particular phone as I have other phones which I use for internet, I only use this phone to make calls. I feel that this is unfair to pay for something that I dont know anything about, and which Vodacom cannot substantiate on a statement to show what exactly they are charging me for.
