False promises and erratic billing

I signed up for their R169 Adsl package in November. From day one I have been charged for items I never asked for. Every month I called to have it removed and it did not happen until 6 months later. Tried to change my bank details and it took 4 months to get the information changed, despite promises from the call center people saying they promise it was done. After 5 months I decided to cancel the ADSL because of the continuous failure to get it right. I was contacted by someone from the call center asking me to reconsider if they offered me uncapped with a 25% discount. Naturally I decided to do so and give them a chance. Along came my next bill and everything was still wrong and I was being billed beyond my 5 gig still. After 4 phone calls and about 6 different people. I was informed the person could not offer me such a thing as they cannot add to an existing contract. How I was meant to know that is beyond me. Had they not offered me that I would have continued with the cancellation. This month I get another outrageous bill and an argument with accounts, denying me access to a supervisor. I cancelled adsl and sitting with a large bill. Useless people with no people skills.
