I logged a call with Telkom for my line at my premises to be moved on the 11 October 2013, as we were moving the 25th October 2013, asked for my telkom ADSL line to be transferred to my new address, Was told my line would be installed the 31st October 2013. Which was never done. I waited, called spoke to several people at telkom, managers call center agents ect, got endless stories and promises that I will receive a call back, never did. Then I received a bill for November :/ Really me off, and I contacted the accounts department, take note I have not had a ADSL line since the 25th October 2013, Why do I get a bill??? So the accounts department quashed the bill, yet I must still pay a fee. Now should I pay the fee for November? No I should not, Should I get a invoice for December NO I should not, pathetic terrible service from Telkom, unacceptable service!!!
