I have two contracts with cell c. i requested they link both accounts wich they did i've been making payments but every month my contracts are getting cut because of non payments. i didnt understand what was going on so i went to the store in brackenfell when Ruthwin Nixon helped me to try and sort out what was going on he emailed all my proof of payments. he told me i have 3 accounts by them one main which was just created and two sub accounts and payments was never allocated to the correct accounts. the 5th of this month LINDA from the accounts phoned and told me that i am not in arrears and an ammount of R219.01 is owing the end of july "phone was cut". i phoned them back to find out why my phone is off again they told me the money is owing now i requested that linda contact me back which she still has not done so. so i made the payment and went to get proof emailed thru and phone switched back on when Ruthwin phoned the accounts department they informed him that the two sub accounts are in arrears of one R219 and the other of R368 and it must be payed and they cannot allocate the payments i made to the correct accounts i must pay it again
i am still waiting for them to say why
