Not one month with a correct Bill

I signed up for a Telkom ADSL line in May 2013 and have since not received one bill that reflects the amount that I was told I would be paying (around R680.00 all inclusive) and the latest Bill is billing me for something that has never appeared on my Bills before. Plus this is being Billed twice. I had to dispute my First Bill I received as it was invoiced incorrectly and this they agreed on but how am I to be sure they are billing me for the correct services when they just add new items to the bill without warning. I have gone into Telkom and I was told my latest Bill does not look correct and they queried it with Telkom, I then got an SMS saying my bill is correct and will not be changed. So now I am being charged R993.70 for an ADSL line that is unusable after-hours so I am unable to work from home. I should have a 4MB line for this cost if not faster.
