I upgrade my contract today. I phone Cell C on 23/07/2013 regarding my upgrade and they told me I can just go to any store and upgrade. When I came to Mackro to upgrade they told me the package that I was on no longer exist and that I must go on a new package. I only did my BIS on 21/07/2013 - R60.00 and still have over R300 on the existing contract Now I have lost all of that! How is it possible so Cell C just take my money and says to bad for me! I must again do my BIS another R60 and the customercare consultant is of no use No one can help me Why didn't they told me this when I phone regarding the upgrade? What is the use then to Upgrade? Are Cell going to give me back my MONEY?
