Cant cancel ADSL, because of wrong info

I called to cancel my ADSL on 24 January for end of Feb. Support told me that they could not do it at that moment because of how it was billed and I had to cancel at the end of Feb for the end of Feb. Called yesterday (26 Feb) and was told that it could only be cancelled for the end of march! And I would be billed for the period I was not around as I am moving house. Telkom cannot cancel my phone line until Afrihost cancels the adsl (end of March) so the result is I now have to pay for an extra month of adsl that I cant use, 1 extra month Telkom line rental because Afrihost can't/won't cancel ASDL and an additional month notice to Telkom. Support person said I can cancel through their website on the 28th, unfortunately I will be en route to my new destination by air and traveling. I have cancelled the adsl through their website now, and I hope they enjoy that last R297 because they wont get it from me ever again. Oh, and did I mention, I don't like being transferred to a department only for them to cut me off. I think Afrihost should get all their support people to be on the same page and not to give incorrect information to their now ex-customer.
