I have been in contact with MTN for over a year, attempting to establish as to why I am unable to phone out - to date, there is over R 2000.00 in airtime on this phone - yet I am unable to phone out. No one is able or willing to provide me with an answer.

Furthermore, I receive an SMS stating: "Your Blackberry Service Subscription will be renewed on 16072013. Please ensure you have enough funds in your airtime account". Again, no in is able to provide answers on this since logging the query.

The 1 query is unattended to for over a year - the second query is unattended to since the 15th. What exactly must one do to receive an answer?

I guess I will quickly get a call when I stop paying the account since I am paying R 400.00 a month for something I am unable to use.
