Airtime not recieved!!!

On the 16 January 2013 I topped up my vodacom account using my nedbank account. The amount of R110 was taken out of my account but I did not receive the airtime. Vodacom assure me that the connection between Nedbank and their bank was not made as they received no request for the airtime. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I faxed Vodacom the proof of payment and proof that I had typed in the correct phone number and I have not heard a word from them. NO one at the call center is willing to help me, they just try send me off to my bank to query the complaint with them. As far as I am concerned it is VODACOM who should be sorting out the problem. THEY need to track down where the communication was lost. I have been cheated out of R110 all because they are unable to provide a service that they offer!
After being a vodacom customer since 1996 (9 years of which i was living abroad but still paying my monthly payments to retain my number) this is the thanks I get... My contract is up for renewal in March and I am seriously considering a migration... The rest aren't much better but Vodacom has left a bad taste in my mouth.
