Unable to reach the necessary contact person

I have been trying to query and correct my registration for 5 days already but with no success. I have been battling to get someone to answer the phone and when I do get an answer i get referred to another department. I have been given incorrect information and now seem to be unable to get anyone to assist with the correction of my registration.
