Airtime Disappears and Billing Increases

At the end of March I paid the outstanding balance on my MTN account. Subsequently all outstanding airtime of? R400 was credited to my account & since I had also upgraded my phone, an additional R200 was credited based my package. So my airtime was about R600. HOWEVER about a week later I noticed that my airtime was disappearing rapidly and after a week or so all my airtime has miraculously disappeared! I contacted MTN (I have 2 contracts & this happened with both) only to be told that nothing seems out of the ordinary on my number but they will log a query. On the other number, some subscription service to which I did not apply was taking R60 per day. I have NEVER subscribed to these silly subscription services. So this was cancelled.

End of April, my account is credited with the R200 airtime but once again the money disappears! I have received my account and there's nothing charged for any phone calls/sms! So where did all my money go?! The money disappearing and the account keeps increasing. I have now phoned MTN about 4 times to date - a 'query has been logged' each time but still no feedback. If this isn't resolved, I'll report this! I've never had this problem before!
