Can service get any worse???

I renewed my BIS with this network on Tuesday morning. the money went off my account as usual.
As from that i was unable to use my blackberry for any function other than make and receive calls.
I called the call centre and they advised me that the Blackberry network was down and that their technicians were working on it and i world receive an sms informing me what to do once all was well.
well i still have not received any sms from anyone and still am unable to use my phone for the purpose intended. they tell me that all is well on my account and transfer me to the technical department.
these people give me reference numbers but when i call for updates they call keeps getting cut.
i enquired if the days that i am not using my phone will be re-em burst to me in any form and the answer was NO, it is not cell c that handles the BIS but the blackberry network.

if i am not up and running today i want my full money returned as i don't see the reason i should pay for something i am not using

Highly irritated and annoyed
Please respond urgently as i cannot handle this right now.
i need some to contact me as soon as possible
