I have not been able to make or receive calls on my cellphone for the last 24 hours. I have attempted to call the call centre and the best they could do was respond to say that someone may answer my query in 24 to 48 hours. Then when i called back as instructed the call centre agent refused to answer any questions regarding the network because I am not the account holder. I was not asking to add or delete any services nor had anything been blocked on the line-i simply wanted to report that i cannot use the service and my husband is unable to phone because he is on a course, There are urgent calls that need to be made and i would expect Vodacom to know what the problem is and be able to help me as soon as possible. i could even supply all the account holders details and the first time i called they were prepared to try help because i was simply logging the call. the lady was simply not prepared to give me any assistance. to simply say they will answer you in 24 to 48 hours does not help me as i need to know what the problem is. i dont need an sms to say it is logged-i need to know that someone is actually doing somehting about it. i am apalled and disgusted!!!
