Won't refund me my money after double billing

I requested a refund after you people double billed me for a data bundle. This was done on the 3rd of May you incompetent ba$tards. After countless calls and promises and even a promise on HelloPeter, I have still not been refunded my money. This is my second HelloPeter complaint on this matter. Its the 22nd of July now and I still dont have my money. Once this contract is over, I am done with MTN. You are all incompetent and are a bunch of thi3ves. You are quick to demand money from customers when its due, but refuse to refund when you make billing errors. Absolutely disgusted by your customer service. I cant believe that in this day and age, this type of nonsense is still occuring from a "reputable" company.
