Double debits and refund debited back

I have been having the same problem with Babereki for the past 5 months. double debits i call them and Norman makes promises to refund me and i get my refund the minute theres money in my account the same amount that was to me will be debited back costing money bank charges, i get messages from the bank that i must make sure that there is enough money for these incompetent fools to debit. funny enough last friday my account was debited again. Norman Mangena will Call and and say the problem has been fixed. why should i nsuffer becouse babereki and their stupid systems. I WANT MY MONEY I'm Sick and tired of dealing with the same issue. everyone beware of Valtures. this better get sorted the fuckout i am so Disgusted with these people they are INCOMPETENT SCREWUPS.
