Double debits

I am so sick of these people and their stinking attiitudes from receptionists to customer service agents. i took out a loan with Babereki it reflects on my payslip that they do take money from account. now all of a sudden i am dealing with double debits i spoke to a Denee who promised me a refund only after a few hours that refund was the debited back by these incompetent embaciles... who obviosly dont know how to count. bank charges that I AM LIABLE FOR not these people... while they are carrying on taking money from my salary and carrying my money from the bank, i was promised that this will be sorted out as i am still typing this complaint they are still sorting it out
