Cell c peoples money with false advertisi

Cell C sold me a data package inbeginning of fed took it back to them after two days when i ensured that their data package does not work as they say it would> took it back to the store and they said they would refund my money in three days. I had no response from them and the telephone number they provided on the refund form is non existant. after posting a comment on hellopeter they responded quick by saying they appologise and will refund my money and they will personally contact me> i still have not received my money and no one contacted me. i went back to the store and the manager there told me cell c does this to people as their consultants dont know it takes more than three days to refund. truth of the matter it is almost a month and still no refund tells me cell c has my money and want to know if their are others having same problem cell c holding their money???
