At DHL Refuse to refund my money

As per request of NANDI at Dhl, I made a payment of R3200 on September 26, 2013, as apparently this was required by SARS to release my shipment. I received NO receipt for my money, SARS eventually released my shipment but denies ever being aware of requesting such money, and to date, after but being told that my money will be refunded into my account upon receiving proof of an import code application, no one has contacted me, nor has any money been refunded, in fact I just keep getting more and more.

The gentleman Tiro promises to sort it out and supposedly cc me in emails but after countless calls to him I have received nothing. NANDI on the other hand does not have the decency to return my calls but she was extremely quick to swallow my money.

Yet again DHL fails to deliver. I am no longer just disappointed, I am actually disgusted at this patethic dishonest service.

Should I not receive a refund, I will report the whole thieving lot of you to The Consumer Council as I am now utterly exhausted being nice!!
