DO NOT USE UPS. The Johannesburg UPS branch is dysfunctional. Double billed, and waited 3 months for a refund, pathetic customer service. What a great advertisement for DHL. The manager is the most incompetent of the lot. Contacted UPS U.S.A, to motivate him for the refund. Don't waste your time with this circus outfit.
