Still no refund and no response at all

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter.com a few weekes ago and you are so quick to respond to anything that is posted about your company on this site, but you do not have the decency to contact your clients wehn you log a complaint with you. I have been waiting for over two months now for my refund. I have sent emails back and fourth to you no response and you seem like a bunch of incompetent fools because who dont know what the customer service is all about. I am not upset about the money but the fact that no one from your company has the ordasity to make contact with me is so upsetting. You do not leave a customer hanging for weeks and then decide that it is OK for you to respond. I want a manager from your company to contact me personally telephonically I no longer want your sloppy email responses!
