Hetzner charge me for service not given

After cancelling my service with Hetzner in late May 2013 Hetzner is throwing the book at me and charge me for two additional months. What makes it worse is how expensive they are in comparison with other people. Hetzner is clearly out of touch with their clients and with reality. Hetzner wont last - mark my words.
