Bad service regarding my internet activation

I applied for a Telkom 1meg uncapped internet bundle from Telkom on 3 June 2013.
My order number is 79545988.
They told me it will take 7 to 21 working days. Today it is 21 July 2013 and upon calling them various times they can't even give me a date when they can come activate my line.
I think for a major company with major recources and big promotions, they fail horribly at meeting their promises and client service seems to be at the bottom of the priority list.
How long must one wait to get service, surely if they take this long they must be incompatent.
