In the future please have a look at when your contract expires and on what date. My contract expired on the 7 of this month and I phoned Vodacom to cancel my contract 2 months ago, 1 month ago and on the 30th of last month to advise them to cancel my contract but they still charged me a full months tariff. I spoke to Susan Monaise from Vodacom head office and after a argument she confirmed that it will be cancelled on the end of May but when my debit order was deducted of my account it was still the full amount after she confirmed it will be cancelled. So to make matters worst I tried to contact her but every time I phone her she's not there or in a meeting. Leaving messages is also a hopeless case because I have left 4 in the last 2 days and no reply or response from her or Vodacom. So in the future have a look what Vodacom does because they do what they want and they don't care about the law they think that are above the law!!
