Still being charged 3 months after contract cancel

I have repeatedly emailed vodacom and asked that my contract for number 0820825515 be cancelled. This process has been going on for many months and I am still being charged monthly for a number that I do not use.
I would like Vodacom to cancel this contract and refund me for the past 3 months.
