We are a business entity in Umhlanga and recently moved ISP's to Telkom.
The internet service has been poor and drops continuously from March 2013. The faults department keeps closing the faults reported even when the fault is not resolved.

The last call to the call Center, the call center agent (Manesh) was not able to give me a time frame for the upgrades that are going on in this area. He had informed me that there will be intermittent connectivity but not when this will stop. The supervisor (SAM) did not come to the phone or offer to call me back with regards to my issue even when I request to speak to him.

I was not given any further contact details and was left with the advice that we will receive poor service from Telkom until they inform us that it has been resolved.

Till then are we supposed to just lose business as our phone lines are connected to the internet and the internet is crucial in our line of work.

I did not expect such poor service from Telkom on both the customer and the internet services departments.
