I recently moved so i tried to get my line moved which was unsuccessful, i couldnt get through to their call centre so i tried to log a web ticket, 2 weeks later i got a reply that someone will phone me about it, its now been 4 weeks and no one has phoned me. Due to my work i have to have internet so i had to get anew line at the line place and cannot move the line because telkom is useless and no one gets back to you or helps you. Ive now been trying to cancel my old line for 3 weeks but you just do not get through to there call centre. after about 20 minutes your phone just cuts off!!! i have to pay for something im not using and its not my fault i cant get through to you to cancel this. i really cannot believe the attitude of this company you really do not give a #%^& about your clients or client services!!!
