No communication and No service delivery

I applied for a Telkom line on 5 August and was told they would contact me within 2 weeks. Three weeks later I phoned their "customer services" to be told they would only phone me on 3 September due to technical difficulties during a switch over. 3 September came and past. I phoned the customer services again about 4 separate occasions and visited the shop in Canal Walk, only to be promised someone would phone me in 48 hours as my installation had been "escalated". More than 48 hours later, with no surprise no one had contacted me. I phoned customer services again and demanded to speak to the manager. She was supposedly in a meeting and again I was promised she would phone me... surprise surprise still no call. Plus on the last call to customer services I was told I must wait till 21 October for a call to organise a day for installation. How is it that a COMMUNICATION COMPANY can have no communication with new clients and that i must wait over 2 months for line in a well established complex.
