I have filed a complaint already through Hello Peter and have received a response that feedback will be given they have intact given feedback that our internet line is synching and that we should contact our ISP provider, however we do not have a phone or internet line as they had to instal the line and they did not. I have emailed Muvo Thusi directly, using the email address that he emailed me from which was [Email Removed] and he has not responded at all and when i call the call center for Telkom they see no progress on their side and cannot help. I still cannot speak to a supervisor, manager or Muvo Thusi to gain assistance on this matter. I have now spent over one hundred rands worth of airtime calling Telkom from my cell phone. I need them to give this matter their urgent attention.
