I have several contracts with Nashua Mobile and one of them was due for an upgrade on 01 June 2013. I was contacted by Nashua Mobile pertaining to this and was sent the month's upgrade specials. I chose one and requested that it be implemented... a simply request.

I notice in the first month billing statement that the contract was not correct and I was told that it is because it is only the first month and that there are pro-rata charges.
This month the same thing happens and I sent an email through to have it rectified two days ago but have not received a response so today I called in. Today I am told that as I upgraded in my 22nd month, no discounts are applicable until after month 24 as the new contract has not been implemented although I have signed it in month 22... this does not make sense, why would I upgrade if it cannot be implemented?
My question to agent was: if I am in my old contract until month 24 then cant I just cancel the contract at expiry and the answer I received was NO based on the fact that I signed a new contract in month 22...

Nashua... be fair! This does not make sense and this is only benefiting the company.

I WILL CANCEL IF NOT RESOLVED!
