Telecommunications

As a consumer who is no expert in telecommunications, I am shocked to experience horrendous service at the Centurion Nashua branch. I was not informed that when I upgraded that I should not use my blackberry for any data/anything like I previously did, because the new subscription would only be available from 01 Aug yet my old subscription already fell away beginning of July. So where my account is normally R550.00 to R700.00, it is now R1122.47. NOBODY advised me against this!! NOBODY advised me to buy EXTRA data to accommodate this. Then the call centre had the nerve to tell me I can arrange to pay this off! I am angry that in today's economy and to prevent myself from being listed as a bad payer, I just have to dock up and pay this amount and there is NO consequences for the people responsible. I AM SICK OF THE BAD SERVICE WE HAVE TO KEEP ENDURING FROM IMCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHILE IT COSTS US MONEY!! I would have acted totally differently if only someone had ADVISED me in the PROPER manner. Money does not grow on trees. Consumers needs to budget!!
