Reported fault almost 3 months ago and received a reference no: 925CRK050613. Problems started from the 20/5/2013 and all I get from Telkom is someone will contact you. Thank goodness I have not held my breath as I would have been dead by now. Telkom is dead from the brain down because the rot starts from top management down. how long do I still have to wait for action as I still have to pay for non service. Thank goodness for my Neotel service.
